Softueri do të jetë i disponueshëm për të gjithë për të punuar dhe përmirësuar atë në të ardhmen, dhe nëse të tjerët vendosin ta përmirësojnë atë, ai mund të kthehet te Qeveria për t’u integruar dhe përmirësuar më tej. As the third request for the Government, FLOSSK proposes a policy that puts software and underlying code funded by government money under a copyleft license available to the public.
What is the expected impact?
Software will be available for others to work and improve on in the future, and when that happens, it could come back to the Government to be integrated and further improved. This will allow for Government transparency related to decision-making parties on citizens’ rights and privileges.
