Project Description:
The “IoT for Green Transition” hackathon at Innovation and Training Park (ITP) Prizren brought together students from AUK Kosovo, FIEK, and UPZ to tackle environmental challenges using IoT technology. This event fostered innovation, skill development, and collaboration among young tech enthusiasts, encouraging sustainable tech solutions to support Kosovo’s green transition.

Coordinated with university partners to align on event goals

Hosted an opening ceremony followed by team formation

Conducted mentorship sessions with Enis Hyseni, Besfort Guri, and Lis Luci

Facilitated coding sessions with scheduled breaks

Organized presentations and judging based on innovation, impact, and feasibility

Held an award ceremony recognizing the top three teams with prizes (€1500, €800, €600)

Beneficiaries:
Over 100 students participated, showcasing their skills, learning from industry experts, and collaborating on solutions for environmental sustainability.
