Project Description:
The Digital Skills Festival 2024, organized by the Crosscience Initiative with support from FLOSSK, brought together nine universities and one business incubator in Kosovo. The festival focused on the Twin Transition, educating participants on the simultaneous shift to a green and digital economy. It featured a diverse program aimed at enhancing digital skills and fostering collaboration between academia and industry.

Activities:

• Coordinated with the Crosscience Consortium

• Organized hackathons for student engagement

• Delivered university presentations on green and digital topics

• Prepared supporting documentation and educational materials

• Provided logistical and technical support throughout the event

Beneficiaries:
Over 700 students from various higher education institutions across Kosovo participated, gaining valuable digital skills and showcasing their creativity. The event also strengthened collaboration between academia and industry stakeholders.
